C Salt Wine Bar & Grille is a stylish yet comfortable restaurant and wine bar where chef-owner Jonathan Philips uses his Johnson and Wales training to combine American Cuisine with French and Asian influences - all to the delight of Falmouth diners.
The restaurant, the culmination of a lifelong dream for Philips and his wife Jill, features an extensive wine list, a full bar and great service.
